General Warranty

Noble Outfitters warrants each product sold by Noble Outfitters or its authorized dealers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the Product, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

Products purchased other than from Noble Outfitters or from an authorized Noble Outfitters dealer.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Noble Outfitters relating to the product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Noble Outfitters disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

State and International Laws
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state in the United States and in other countries.

Glove Warranty
Noble Outfitters warrants all gloves sold by Noble Outfitters or its authorized dealers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

Wave Fork Warranty
All Wave Forks are backed with a 5 year warranty. In the event that your wave fork tines or rail kit breaks, we will gladly replace it, free of charge.

All-Around Boots Outsole Warranty
Every All-Around Boot Outsole is backed with a 5-year warranty. In the event that the outsole breaks, cracks or fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it, free of charge.

Blanket Warranty
All Guardsman Blankets are backed with a 4-year warranty for repairs against manufacturers defects. You must register your blanket in order to qualify for free blanket repair at a participating locations.

Register your blanket via mail-in postcard included with the blanket or by filling out the online form here. If you misplaced blanket packaging with the registration information, please call our Customer Service to help you with your registration.

Please contact customer service at 855.526.6253 to obtain an RA#. Be ready to provide what you are sending back and why. Turnout bag packaging is designed for the customer to keep and utilize for shipping. Customer pays for shipping to repair location; Noble Outfitters will pay return shipping. Repairs outside of manufacturer’s warranty are available for a fee.

Blanket Wash Program
Each Guardsman Blanket comes with complimentary 2-year wash program with 2 free washes per blanket. To redeem your 2 free washes, please call Customer Service at 855.526.6253 for wash location and pre-approval. Customer is responsible for shipping the turnout to the Wash Center, Noble Outfitters will pay for return shipping.

Please have following information ready when calling in: Name, Email Address, Mailing address, Phone Number, Product Style Number, Product Size, PO number on Blanket (easily located on front chest of Blanket). Customer Service will then issue a Wash Program Number. Pack your blanket for shipment with Name, Email, Mailing address, Phone Number and Wash Program Number, drop in the mail, and watch your email inbox for confirmation.
