Cookie Statement

Effective date: August 28, 2026
Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Cookie Statement explains how Noble Rider, LLC, doing business as Noble Outfitters ("Noble Outfitters," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on nobleoutfitters.com. It should be read with our Privacy Statement.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website or service in your browser. We and our providers may also use pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies. These technologies can recognize a browser or device, remember preferences, help a shopping cart or checkout work, measure activity, prevent fraud, and support advertising.

Some technologies operate only during a browsing session. Others remain for a period set by us or the provider, unless you delete them earlier. Duration varies by technology, browser, purpose, and provider configuration.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

These technologies are required to operate and secure the website and provide features you request. They may support shopping carts, checkout, account access, fraud prevention, load balancing, privacy choices, and network security. Because they are necessary, they cannot be disabled through our cookie-preference tool.

Functional and preference

These technologies remember selections and support enhanced functionality, such as display preferences, product reviews, store-location features, or other embedded services. Disabling them may cause some features to work differently or become unavailable.

Analytics

These technologies help us understand visits and interactions, measure website and campaign performance, diagnose problems, and improve content and products. They may collect device, browser, approximate-location, referral, page-view, and interaction information.

Advertising

These technologies help deliver, personalize, limit, and measure advertising. They may recognize a browser or device across websites or services and may create or use inferences about likely interests. Under some U.S. state laws, this activity may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.

3. Providers and website features

4. Your choices

Cookie-preference tool

Where required, our cookie banner or preference tool allows you to accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies. Your selection is stored for the browser and device you use. If you clear cookies or use another browser or device, you may need to make the selection again.

U.S. targeted-advertising opt-out

Select Your Privacy Choices in the website footer to opt out of disclosures that may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information or processing for targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state law.

Global Privacy Control

Where required by law, we process a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other legally recognized universal opt-out signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal.

Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent shopping-cart, checkout, account, preference, or other website features from working properly. Browser controls do not necessarily block pixels, server-side measurement, or every similar technology.

5. Consent Mode and privacy choices

Our tag-management configuration uses consent signals from Shopify’s customer-privacy tools. Before a visitor’s status is resolved, non-essential consent defaults to denied. Where consent is granted or processing is otherwise allowed, the applicable analytics or advertising technologies may operate. When a valid opt-out applies, advertising storage and related advertising-personalization signals remain denied, and non-Google advertising tags configured through our tag manager are blocked.

Some Google services may send limited, cookieless measurement signals when storage consent is denied, as described by Google’s consent-mode documentation. These signals are designed not to read or write advertising or analytics cookies when the corresponding storage permission is denied.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Statement when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised statement and update the date above.
