This Privacy Statement applies to our online consumer activities. It does not apply to workforce information or information handled under a separate notice.
1. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account identifiers, and similar contact details.
- Customer records and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, order and return history, warranty information, customer-service records, promotion entries, and related commercial information.

- Account and authentication information: account credentials and information used to maintain or secure an account.
- Internet or other electronic network activity: IP address, device and browser information, cookie and advertising identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, searches, interactions with advertisements, and activity on our website.
- Approximate location: general location inferred from an IP address or information you provide, such as a city, state, or postal code. Store-locator features may use location information when you choose to provide it or permit access.

- Marketing and preference information: subscription status, communication preferences, cookie choices, privacy choices, and inferred interests based on your interactions with us.
- Security and fraud-prevention information: information used to verify requests, secure accounts and transactions, detect malicious activity, and protect our website and customers.
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. To the extent account credentials, payment information, precise location, or other information treated as sensitive under applicable law is processed, we use it only as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, process transactions, maintain security, comply with law, or for another purpose permitted by applicable law.
2. Sources of personal information
We collect personal information from:
- you, including when you make a purchase, create an account, submit a form, enter a promotion, request support, or communicate with us;

3. How we use personal information

- deliver and measure advertising, including interest-based or targeted advertising where permitted;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, misuse, and illegal activity;
- protect our rights, property, customers, personnel, and the public;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed to you or performed with your consent.
4. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

- Business transaction recipients, including a buyer, investor, lender, adviser, or other participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
- Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures of device, browsing, and advertising information to advertising partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 8.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud, and provide or measure advertising.
Where required, we request consent before using non-essential technologies. In U.S. jurisdictions that provide opt-out rights, you can use the Your Privacy Choices link in the website footer. We also process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as described below.
For more information, see our Cookie Statement.
6. Email and text-message communications
We may use contact information you provide to send transactional communications and, where permitted, marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional messages about orders, accounts, safety, or ongoing transactions.
We do not disclose mobile opt-in data or text-message consent to third parties for their independent marketing. We may provide this information to service providers that send messages on our behalf or as otherwise required by law.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement, including:
- order, transaction, warranty, tax, and accounting information for the period needed to complete transactions, provide service, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes;
- account and customer-service information while an account or relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward;
- marketing information while you remain subscribed, plus limited suppression information needed to honor an opt-out;
- device, analytics, and advertising information according to our configured settings, business needs, and provider retention periods; and
- privacy-request, security, and fraud-prevention records for the period needed to demonstrate compliance, protect the website, and prevent abuse.
The precise period depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the reason it was collected, operational and legal requirements, and whether retention is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
8. Your privacy choices
Marketing communications
Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing text messages.
Targeted advertising, sale, or sharing
Select Your Privacy Choices in the website footer to opt out of disclosures that may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information or processing for targeted advertising under applicable law.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other legally recognized universal opt-out signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal. Because the signal is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser and device. If you clear cookies or use a different browser or device, your website-level choice may need to be renewed.
Cookie preferences
Where our cookie-preference tool is available, you can use it to accept, reject, or manage non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the tool because they are required for functions such as security, shopping-cart operation, checkout, and privacy-choice storage.
Browser and device controls
Your browser or device may provide additional controls for cookies, location access, and advertising identifiers. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether an applicable law covers our processing, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
- correct inaccuracies;
- delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided;
- obtain information about categories or, where required, specific third parties to which personal information was disclosed;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and certain profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- appeal our decision on a privacy request; and
- exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination.
To exercise access, correction, deletion, portability, third-party-list, consent-withdrawal, or appeal rights, email customerservice@nobleoutfitters.com with the subject line Privacy Request or Privacy Appeal, as applicable. Please describe your request and provide your name, email address, state of residence, and information reasonably necessary for us to locate your records and verify your identity. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
To opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use Your Privacy Choices in the website footer. You do not need to create an account to use the opt-out mechanism.
We will verify requests using a method appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the requested information. We may ask you to confirm control of an email address, provide information associated with a transaction, or take another reasonable verification step. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof that the agent is authorized and may ask you to verify your identity directly. A parent or legal guardian may submit a request concerning a child where applicable.
We generally respond within 45 days or within another period required by applicable law. Where permitted, we may extend the response period and will explain the reason for the extension. If we deny a request, we will explain the decision and provide appeal instructions when required.
